Luxury Home of the Week: For $9.99 million, a Weston equestrian property abutting trails

It may be hard not to feel like you’ve been swept away to a woodland resort as you come upon the roundabout driveway of 190 Concord Road, a 13,000-square-foot Weston estate on the edge of conservation land. 

Kathryn Alphas Richlen of Coldwell Banker Realty-Weston listed the home on Jan. 13 for $9,995,000. The property is made up of a main residence, an attached guest house, and a three-level barn. It sits on 7.33 acres, providing plenty of space for a  lawn, waterfall pool, hot tub, fire pit, sports court, playground, outdoor kitchen, riding ring, patios, and paddocks.

The Colonial contemporary, built in 1997, and guest house together offer five bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. Features of the 18-room interior include reclaimed wood floors and shiplap.

Over in the guest wing, the second floor is comprised of another bedroom and bathroom, as well as a dressing room with four closets. The finished lower level is outfitted with a crafts room, gym, and two offices.

A breezeway from the first floor leads to the luxurious barn. Its lower level hosts what you’d expect from an equestrian property — six stables, a feed area, a wash stall, and a tack room — but above, there’s a great room with a kitchenette and a wooden studio space.
