Tucked among acres of conservation land in Chilmark is the site of the soon-to-be-built 34 Ebens Lane. The contemporary farmhouse will measure 3,715 square feet on a 3.9-acre lot, with five bedrooms, five full bathrooms, and one half bathroom spread across the single-story property. Thomas C. Wallace of Wallace & Co. Sotheby’s International Realty has listed the home for $7,650,000.
The home’s slated 15 rooms are to include a shared kitchen and family room space with 10-foot ceilings. In renderings of the property, the dining room features floor-to-ceiling windows, a double-sided fireplace, and a wood plank ceiling. The space will seamlessly lead into a kitchen with rendered wooden cabinetry and a large waterfall island.
As for the exterior spaces, custom planters, an outdoor kitchen with a grill, and an in-ground pool are planned. There will also be a cabana, a fire pit, and a roof deck with planters and a fireplace.
