Paul Grover of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Robert Paul Properties has the listing. Though the $10,595,000 price tag is hefty, it’s still a ways from record-breaking. In March, a Chatham home was listed for $18,800,000, though that price has since dropped to $16,500,000. The Mashpee mansion doesn’t come close to the records across the sound in Nantucket, where a home was recently listed for $56 million.
