This week’s luxury home is a Wolfeboro, N.H., mansion that serves up 841 feet of Lake Winnipesaukee waterfront and chandeliers devoted to all things wildlife.

The estate at 144 Springfield Point Road, also known as “Lakeside Manor,” comprises nearly 18,000 square feet of living space on 7.1 acres. Price? $19,500,000. The estate includes a main residence, barn, boathouse, and docks. Jamieson Duston of Bean Group has the listing.

The custom-designed home went up in 2006 and features 37 rooms, including eight bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. An elevator provides access to all four levels, as does a spectacular curvy staircase.
