Say it ain’t so, Paul.

Former Celtics star Paul Pierce was one of a number of celebrities called out by Buzzfeed News for violating water use restrictions amid the ongoing Californian drought. Fellow violators include reality TV star Kylie Jenner, rapper Dr. Dre, and actor/musician David Hasselhoff.

The Las Virgenes Municipal Water District, which supplies water to Pierce’s home in ritzy Calabasas, restricts water use to just two days a week due to the area’s severe drought.

The report, which includes a picture of Pierce’s too-wet driveway, says the Las Virgenes Municipal Water District’s offense schedule is as follows:

When the district finds a violation, it issues a written warning. A second violation results in a $100 fine, with penalties increasing from there.
