When asked about upcoming games on the schedule, many NBA players will tell you that their approach is to take one game at a time, with a focus on the next opponent rather than worrying too hard about the distant future.
Except this one dude from the Miami Heat.
On Tuesday, a player from the fourth-place Heat ran down the complete schedule of the team in front of his, the Boston Celtics.
One Heat player ran down the Celtics' schedule correctly -- I just checked -- for the next 3 weeks. Miami is eyeing that No. 3 seed.— Ethan J. Skolnick (@EthanJSkolnick) March 15, 2016
The two teams are currently tied in the standings at 39-28. The Celtics do hold the tiebreaker, however, after defeating the Heat twice earlier this season; in Miami on Nov. 30 (105-95) and in Boston on Feb. 27. (101-89). They will match up one final time — the last game of the season on April 13 at TD Garden.
