Brian Scalabrine expertly trolled himself on Instagram

Former Celtics forward Brian Scalabrine is reveling in his role as a player in the fledgling “BIG3” basketball league, even if his team isn’t off to the strongest of starts. And as Boston fans have come to appreciate, Scalabrine is able to enjoy a joke at his own expense.
That trait was on display in a recent Instagram post, where Scalabrine paid humorous homage to a famous Wilt Chamberlain photo:
The Chamberlain photo referenced was from March, 1962, when the Hall of Fame center scored an NBA record 100 points in a single game.
Scalabrine’s team in the 3-on-3 basketball league, the Ball Hogs, currently sit at 1-3.
