A 21-year-old just won the Boston Marathon, and people are amazed and a little depressed
What did you accomplish by the time you were 21?

Lemi Berhanu Hayle of Ethiopia won the men’s division of the 2016 Boston Marathon Monday in an unofficial time of two hours, 12 minutes and 44 seconds.

At 21 years old, Hayle is not the youngest Boston Marathon winner ever — that honor goes to Timothy Ford of Cambridge, who won the 10th Boston Marathon as an 18-year-old in 1906 — but the result was still shocking to many.
Boston Marathon Winner, Lemi Berhanu Hayle is only 21 YEARS OLD!!!!! ????????

A 21 year old just won the Boston Marathon…anything is possible

Hayle’s win inspired some reactions from the 21-and-over crowd on Twitter, whose accomplishments seem somewhat less monumental in comparison.
To the 21-year-old who just won the Boston marathon: My parents already think I’m a failure, you’re just making it worse.

A 21 year old won the Boston Marathon, and I’m in bed while procrastinating reading 10 pages for psychotherapy

Fret not, young couch potatoes of Boston. There’s always next year.
So a 21 year old just won the Boston Marathon. Next year I’ll be running the Boston Marathon. I will be 21 years old. Coincidence? Entirely
