Game 3: Flyers at Bruins

Good morning from TD Garden, where the Bruins will look to take a 3-0 series lead over the Flyers tonight.

Adam McQuaid is not on the ice for the morning skate. McQuaid was diagnosed with a sprained neck. If McQuaid can’t play, Shane Hnidy will dress tonight for the second time in the postseason.

No word on the availability of Chris Pronger tonight. Given the tight-lipped nature of the playoffs regarding injuries, it’s doubtful the Flyers will issue any notice on Pronger’s status until later today, if at all.

Puck drop: 7 p.m.

Record: Flyers 0-2, Bruins 2-0

Storylines: James van Riemsdyk has six goals in his last five games. Hard to believe van Riemsdyk could be better tonight than he was in Game 2. That said, Tim Thomas was even better than VarsityR… The Bruins are 0 for 28 on the power play… Dan O’Halloran and Derek Amell will be the referees. Brad Watson and Jean Morin will be the linesmen.
