Bruins continue to work on game

The Bruins have completed an hour-long practice at TD Garden.

Before practice, both power-play units ran through work at one end. At the other end, Steven Kampfer, Jordan Caron, and Adam McQuaid went through drills with skating instructor Besa Tsintsadze.

After the Garden staff flooded the ice, the Bruins went through their regular practice, completing the session with battle drills.

“They’ve been longer practices,” Claude Julien said of the last two days. “We’re touching the hour practices. A lot of times, you try and stick under that and keep the pace of the practices as high as you can. But we have some things we have to work on. We’re working on that. I think the guys are good with that. I thought our practice right until the end today, when it was time to battle, you could sense a little bit of fatigue. What you want to see is them battle through that, and they did.”

Dennis Seidenberg and Rich Peverley stayed off the ice for the second straight day. Julien said he expects both to be in Saturday’s lineup against Toronto.

Today’s lineup:

Milan Lucic-David Krejci-Nathan Horton
Brad Marchand-Patrice Bergeron-Tyler Seguin
Jordan Caron-Chris Kelly-Benoit Pouliot
Daniel Paille-Gregory Campbell-Shawn Thornton

Zdeno Chara-Johnny Boychuk
Andrew Ference-Adam McQuaid
Joe Corvo-Steven Kampfer

Tim Thomas
Tuukka Rask
