Ottawa coach Paul MacLean dubs Bruins best in East

The Bruins are in fourth place in the Eastern Conference. But they are the best in the Eastern Conference, according to Paul MacLean.

“They just do everything right,” said the Ottawa coach. “They’re the best team, probably, in the league. From top to bottom, depthwise, from the goaltender on out, they’re very good. They’re very hard to play against. They play the game and wear you out. They just keep coming over and over and over again. As far as I’m concerned, they’re the best team in the East.”

Robin Lehner, in goal for Ottawa’s 2-1 loss to the Bruins on Feb. 28, will get the start. Lehner will face Tuukka Rask.

* Ex-Canadien Guillaume Latendresse will play tonight. Latendresse has not played since Jan. 30 because of whiplash symptoms.

* No changes expected in the Bruins’ lineup. Jordan Caron will appear in his second straight game on the third line with Chris Kelly and Rich Peverley.
