The Bruins return to the TD Garden ice for the first time since Feb. 8, facing a team they haven’t yet faced this season.
But if the Bruins aren’t familiar with the Capitals now, they will be by the end of March. The two teams play three times this month, including a return trip for Washington on Thursday. The Bruins head to Washington for the first time at the end of the month.
This game also kicks off a month in which the Bruins play 17 times, the same amount of games that they had last season during March.
