Bruins forward Daniel Paille, who skated this morning at TD Garden, said he has been cleared to play but is waiting on a decision from the coaches.
“I feel really good, actually,” he said. “You know, I feel really good out there when I’m skating. I feel like I have no issues. I haven’t played in awhile, I have a lot of adrenaline so hopefully I get to play with it and use it tonight.”
Bruins coach Claude Julien said he was a game-time decision.
“I’m gonna wait and see and hopefully I get a good positive out of it and find out that I get to play,” Paille said. “Again, we’ve played very well so far. If I do come in, if it’s tonight, I’m just gonna try not to change that and keep the momentum going for our team.”
Despite missing almost a month of hockey because of a head injury, Paille said he doesn’t expect there to be any rust if he’s back on the ice.
“I think I’m confident that I’ll blend in with the way I need to play.”
