For all those Bruins fans counting down the days until hockey is finally back, the B’s brought some good news on Thursday, as they announced the beginning of training camp is less than a month away.

The full team will report to camp on Sept. 18, while rookies will take part in a rookie camp starting on Sept. 11. The rookies will play three games in Antioch, Tenn. during their camp: against the Florida Panthers on Sept. 13, the Nashville Predators on Sept. 14, and the Tampa Bay Lightning on Sept. 16.

After the full team’s camp gets underway, their first preseason game is set for Sept. 23 in Montreal against the Canadiens. Their first home game will be the next day, Sept. 24, at the TD Garden against the Washington Capitals. The B’s will play seven preseason games in total before their season opener on Oct. 8 at home against the Philadelphia Flyers.

Bruins training camp will include their annual Black & Gold scrimmage with the Providence Bruins at the Dunkin Donuts Center in Providence, which will take place on Sunday, Sept. 21.
All training camp dates are subject to change. The full roster for training camp will be announced at a later date.
