Ratliff looks ready
There was a full contingent of bodies at Celtics practice today, including Theo Ratliff for the second straight day. Coach Doc Rivers said Ratliff would likely be a go for tomorrow night’s game against the Bobcats, which would mean someone, probably Leon Powe, would move to the inactive list to make way for Ratliff.
After practice, Gerald Green won $100 from Brian Scalabrine, who bet the second-year frequent flyer that he couldn’t throw the ball high off the end ceiling, collect it on one bounce and dunk it. Scalabrine gave Green three tries. Green, to the astonishment of everyone watching, did it on the third try.
Delonte West also showed that some of his fiestiness is back, working after practice on post moves against the much taller Kendrick Perkins, Al Jefferson and Powe.
