Walking wounded

The ever-changing Celtics active roster may be again different Wednesday night in Charlotte. Al Jefferson went through a full practice today and coach Doc Rivers said he thinks Jefferson might be a go for the Bobcats game. Jefferson underwent an emergency appendectomy on Nov. 8 and has played in only three games. Rivers said Delonte West and Kendrick Perkins are both “50-50” for the game. West has a sprained left big toe didn’t practice Monday or Tuesday. Perkins has the dreaded plantar fasciitis and was able to go only for a short, 10-minute stretch today before needing a rest. These two teams met on Nov. 8 in Boston, with the Celtics prevailing in overtime for their first victory of the season.
