So this is how you approach a must-lose game.
The Celtics locker room resembled a movie theatre before tonight’s game as players sat in reclining chairs and watched film of the team’s last game against the Bucks. But the team wasn’t breaking down the plays so much as making fun of each other for some of the things they messed up.
Ryan Gomes was a favorite target. With Rajon Rondo in control of the remote, the team watched over and over as Gomes dropped a behind-the-back pass from Rondo that hit Gomes squarely in the chest. Gomes claimed he wasn’t ready. Rondo said he should have caught it anyways. He rewinded the play at least 10 times to prove his point.
A lot of things have been said about this Celtics team, but it’s hard to argue that this group doesn’t like each other on a personal level.
