The Celtics looked lost on offense with Rajon Rondo out of the game in the fourth quarter.
“[The pressure] bothered us a little bit,” said Rondo. “We had a couple of turnovers. We didn’t execute the offense. That’s when they made their run.
“We just have to close games out.”
Rondo’s coach said the Celtics struggled without the point guard in the game.
“That hurt us,” said Doc Rivers. “We turned it over. And it really wasn’t the press. Just a run and jump. And in Eddie [House’s] defense we didn’t flash back to the ball like we talked about doing.”
