Glen Davis has returned, stitches and all.

A three ball by Eddie House as the crowd up on its feet here as the game winds down. House has 13 points off the bench for the C’s. He joins Paul Pierce, Ray Allen, and Mikki Moore in double figures.

Back and forth (END third quarter, Celtics 71-68)
This game has been a little nutty, but the Celtics now find themselves on top as we head to the fourth quarter. Paul Pierce had 13 points in the third quarter to lead the Celtics back.

Outside of the starters, Mikki Moore has played the most minutes off the bench with 22.

Glen Davis took a shot to the head and left the court clutching a towel. Mikki Moore has taken his place.

An observation (6:35 third quarter, Thunder 58-52)
The crowd is getting a little tired of this. OKC is very much in this game, holding the Celtics to 39-percent shooting. Lots of boos and jeers from the home folks.

Halftime (END second quarter, Tied at 45)
Mikki Moore is pacing the Celtics with 12 points and 5 rebounds at halftime (yes, it’s true) as the Celtics are involved in a barnburner here.

Kevin Durant is leading the Thunder with 12 points, but he’s just 3 of 9 from the field. OKC coach Scott Brooks got called for a technical foul at the end of the half.

Rondo’d (3:26 second quarter, Celtics 40-39)
Rajon Rondo just drove the lane and threw down a one-handed flush to give the Celtics the lead. Rondo is balling tonight, 6 points and seven assists. Timeout, OKC.

Moore contributions (10:03 second quarter, Thunder 27-24)
Mikki Moore just hit a jump shot from Eddie House, giving him 6 points in the game. He’s also got three rebounds.

What the heck? (END first quarter, Thunder 25-20)
Ray Allen has 9 points, but no one else has more than 4 for the Celtics as they trail after one. Russell Westbrook is leading OKC with 8 points, while Jeff Green has 7. The problem for the C’s? Five turnovers, compared to just one for the Thunder. OKC also has 12 points in the paint.

Allen town (3:54 first quarter, Tied at 15)
Ray Allen hit his third 3-pointer of the game to give him 9 points.

Shot problem (5:46 first quarter, Thunder 10-7)
The Thunder are shooting 36 percent but have a 3-point lead because they’ve taken twice as many shots as the Celtics. The C’s need to stop turning the ball over (four turnovers so far).

Man up (10:23 first quarter, Thunder 2-0)
Paul Pierce guarding Kevin Durant, and vice versa.
