Coming off a game against Detroit where Miami rung up 30 fastbreak points, Paul Pierce said it will be important to keep the turnovers down against the Heat. Otherwise, LeBron James and Dwyane Wade will get into the open court and turn the game into a reel of top plays.

Pierce had some high praise for James and Wade:

When they cause turnovers and you get LeBron and D-Wade out there running and you see Eddie House out there spotting up, it reminds me of Jordan and Pippen out on the break. When I was growing up watching those guys – and Magic Johnson – out on the break it was almost like they were unstoppable. So, same case here. You cause turnovers you might as well put up two points for them. So we’ve got to watch our turnovers and keep them off the break.
