Game 4: Celtics at Knicks

Tip-off: 3:30 p.m.
Series: Celtics lead, 3-0
Broadcast info: ABC, WEEI
Probable starters:

PG: Rajon Rondo
SG: Ray Allen
SF: Paul Pierce
PF: Kevin Garnett
C: Jermaine O’Neal

PG: Toney Douglas
SG: Landry Fields
SF: Carmelo Anthony
PF: Amar’e Stoudemire
C: Ronny Turiaf

Stoudemire’s health: We’ve given up on Chauncey Billups at this point. But yesterday, Knicks forward Amar’e Stoudemire said he felt worse than he did Friday and questioned whether or not it was worth it to play through the pain with his team down 3-0. The Knicks have almost no shot without him.

Same Rondo?: Rajon Rondo recorded his sixth career playoff triple-double on Friday night. His triple-double while also recording 20 assists has only been matched in history by Magic Johnson. If we get another magical performance from Rondo, the Celtics will be hard to stop.

Big Baby: Glen Davis is averaging 3.3 points and 5.0 rebounds per game in three games vs. the Knicks. That isn’t going to cut it against another team. Saw Doc Rivers give Davis a talk after the team’s shootaround yesterday at MSG. Rivers said it was no big deal, though it’s a safe bet he’d like Davis to play like a big deal this afternoon.
