Kevin Garnett out tonight

Kevin Garnett will miss tonight’s game vs. the Dallas Mavericks, according to a post to the Celtics’ official Twitter page.

Family matters is the reason given.

According to the Globe’s Gary Washburn, Garnett is likely to return Wednesday when the Celtics play the Thunder in Oklahoma City.
