Shootaround report from Heat-Celtics

MIAMI — The Celtics and Heat participated in shootaround today in preparation for their 7 p.m. showdown at AmericanAirlines Arena and there are a few notes from both sides:

*Celtics coach Doc Rivers said that Mickael Pietrus is progressing well and may return to the team “sooner than later,” which means perhaps before the playoffs. Rivers said Pietrus has made swift progress after a difficult first week after sustaining his concussion.

*Avery Bradley will start again tonight and Ray Allen said adjusting to coming off the bench is not hard. He said his sore ankles are improving.

*Dwyane Wade will play tonight against the Celtics after missing Sunday’s game against Detroit with a sore right ankle.

*The Heat will wear their black uniforms which means the Celtics will wear their home whites. Yeah, another case of an NBA team wearing road uniforms at home for no reason.
