TORONTO — Ray Allen missed his second successive game with a sore right ankle and will “probably” not be with the Celtics for Saturday’s visit to New Jersey, according to coach Doc Rivers.

The Celtics have found a winning combination with the Avery Bradley-Rajon Rondo backcourt — they have a 9-1 record with this starting lineup.
