Celtics guard Rajon Rondo talked about his suspension Thursday morning for the first time since he made contact with an official in the Celtics’ 83-74 loss to Atlanta Sunday.
“Just try and not let my emotions get the best of me,” Rondo said of lessons he learned from the suspension. “You know, but I’m an emotional player – I try to keep my composure and my emotions to myself and quiet. It was a heat of the battle moment, I wanted to win. And people make mistakes.”
Rondo missed the Celtics’ 87-80 victory over the Hawks Tuesday.
