There isn’t a lot to celebrate for the Los Angeles Lakers these days. Star shooting guard Kobe Bryant is out for the season with a shoulder injury, and the Lakers are poised to finish among the league’s worst teams for the second straight year.
Sunday night against the Celtics however, the Lakers were in a celebratory mood. Jeremy Lin scored a game-high 25 points, leading the Kobe-less hosts to a win over their hated rivals.
Following the win, teammates Jordan Hill, Carlos Boozer and Nick Young crashed Lin’s postgame interview and looked like a group that was a little too excited to improve their record to 14-41.
On Monday night, Jimmy Kimmel introduced this interview footage to Bryant during an interview and his reaction was priceless.
