Pauley likely to pitch

Mike Lowell tested his left hamstring before the game, which he’d strained Wednesday, and pronounced himself fit to play tonight.

Meanwhile, a Sox official said that David Pauley has been listed as the probable starter in Tuesday’s game in New York against the Yankees.
