Weather update
The rain that moved into the area late this morning could threaten tonight’s series opener between the Red Sox and Yankees at Fenway Park (7:10 p.m.). There is a 30 percent chance of showers in the Fenway area between the hours of 7 and 10 p.m., according to the forecast on weather.com. After 10 p.m., the chance of precipitation drops to 20 percent. Temperatures are expected to be in the mid-50s.
