If you’re a Red Sox fan and not my dad’s age, you’re probably at least somewhat into the Dropkick Murphys.
Ken Casey of the band is raising money for the Claddagh Fund and has set up a ridiculously awesome raffle.
The winner and a guest get two tickets to the Dropkick Murphys show in Dublin on April 22 with a meet-and-greet with the band. You also will stay at the Clarence Hotel in Dublin, which is owned by Bono and The Edge.
In addition you’ll get $2,500 for airfare, transportation, meals and while it didn’t say beer, surely you’ll hoist a few pints.
Short of getting on stage and singing, what else could you want?
Tickets are only $2 each (minimum of 5) and you can purchase the tickets at https://www.celebritiesforcharity.org/raffles/dropkick_murphys.cfm.
So for $10, you help a good cause and could win a great trip.
