Tigers make two moves

The Tigers have recalled RHP Armando Galarraga and infielder Danny Worth from Triple-A Toledo. Galarraga will start against the Red Sox this afternoon.

Rookie second baseman Scott Sizemore and RHP Max Scherzer were optioned down.
