The Melanoma Foundation of New England sponsored “Don’t Fry Day” at Fenway last night.
There were skin cancer screenings for fans, players and team employees along with tips on the scoreboard for sun safety. Kelli Pedroia, a melanoma survivor and advocate, was one of the organizers.

The Josh Beckett Foundation and the Red Sox Foundation are co-sponsoring a raffle to help at-risk kids.
