WORLD SERIES
(All games on FOX)
Game 1 at NL: Oct. 19
Game 2 at NL: Oct. 20
Game 3 at AL: Oct. 22
Game 4 at AL: Oct. 23

Notes: The regular season ends Sept. 28. … This schedule puts an onus on teams to have a deep rotation. In the ALCS, for instance, the Game 1 starter could go three times, but the second two starts would have to be on three days’ rest. … The AL champion does get a break with an extra day off before the World Series.

If the season ended right now in the AL it would be Tigers vs. Red Sox and Yankees vs. Rangers.
