We mentioned this event before. But it bears repeating.

ESPN’s Buster Olney is hosting an event at Vermont Technical College on Nov. 12. Theo Epstein, Brian Cashman, and Neal Huntington are scheduled to attend.

There will be a cocktail reception, a roundtable discussion, music and a memorabilia auction. Tickets range from $20 to $250 and proceeds will benefit the Vermont Community Foundation’s Farm Disaster Relief Fund.

Here’s a chance to talk some baseball with the best people in the game and help some fellow New Englanders at the same time.

While Boston was spared the brunt of Hurricane Irene in August, there was historic flooding in Vermont. Among those who suffered the most devastating losses were the state’s farmers. Buster, as you may know, grew up on a dairy farm and is organizing the event with his brother, Sam Lincoln.
