Fans may enter the complex through the West Gate.
The first official team workout with pitchers and catchers will be on Tuesday. Position players report to spring training on Thursday with Boston’s first full squad workout scheduled for next Saturday.
Fair warning: don’t expect to see too much for the next two days beyond the park and the grounds. The will be some players on the field tomorrow but no formal workouts involving the whole team. On Monday, much of the day will be consumed with physicals.
The actual workouts start on Tuesday. Bring a hat or wear sunscreen. There is not a lot of shade around the park. And no throwing things at the beat writers.
