The Boston Globe, Boston.com, Hacks/Hackers Boston, and the Society of American Baseball Research (SABR) Boston Chapter are teaming up for “Boston Baseball Hack Day” on March 24.
The goal of the day is to bring creative minds (programmer, designer etc.) into one room and see what they can come up within a limited time. The baseball-themed project could be a tool, web app, website, data visualization or something else. Projects will be judged at
the end of the day, and awards will be given out.
But mostly it is a great place for networking and meeting like-minded people. For more information, go to baseballhackday.com.
The event is free, but registration is required at baseballhackday.eventbrite.com.
