2:31 4th quarter: Cowboys 16, Patriots 13 — A penalty and three terrible plays later, the Patriots have the ball back with more than enough time for Tom Brady and company to make it down field and at the very least tie this game.

3:43 4th quarter: Cowboys 16, Patriots 13 — A quick three-and-out for the Patriots. Tom Brady connected with Rob Gronkowski for a 9-yard pass but BenJarvus Green-Ellis rush for a loss and an incomplete pass after pressure on third down forced the Patriots to punt.

5:13 4th quarter: Cowboys 16, Patriots 13 — The Cowboys take the lead on Dan Bailey 26-yard field goal, his third field goal of the day.

The Cowboys capitalized on a Tom Brady interception. The Patriots have four turnovers on the game.

The Cowboys drove 60 yards on nine plays in 3:55. But the Patriots’ red zone defense is good, holding Dallas to the field goal. Brandon Spikes made a great play on a shovel pass from Tony Romo to Tashard Choice to force the field goal.

9:09 4th quarter: Patriots 13, Cowboys 13 — Tom Brady was intercepted for the second time today, this time by Cowboys LB Sean Lee.

Brady is 10 of 14 for 138 yards with an interception. Deion Branch has two catches for 57 yards.

Romo is 13 of 19 for 138 yards. He also has an interception by the Patriots’ Kyle Arrington. Arrington has four on the year now to lead the NFL.

0:33 2nd quarter: Patriots 13, Cowboys 10 — Tony Romo hit Jason Whitten for a 1-yard TD pass to cap an 11-play, 73-yard drive that ate up 7:01 on the clock.

Romo seemed to remember he had Dez Bryant on his team. He went to the receiver twice for gains of 33 and 16 yards to push the Cowboys’ drive along. Bryant made Patriots safety Patrick Chung look bad on his 33-yard reception, juking and making him dive in the wrong direction of the play.

7:34 2nd quarter: Patriots 13, Cowboys 3 — Tom Brady connected with Wes Welker for a 5-yard TD pass. The play was initially called a 4-yard completion on the field, with Welker being forced out at the pylon. But after review, the refs called it a touchdown.

The drive was keyed by a couple of Brady plays. He hit Aaron Hernandez for a 16-yard reception and ran for eight yards on a keeper to get the Patriots a first-and-goal.

Brady is now in sole possession of eighth place in career touchdown passes. He has 276 in his career, moving out of a tie with Vinny Testaverde.

10:46 2nd quarter: Patriots 6, Cowboys 3 — Cowboys QB Tony Romo threw three straight incompletions (one was a deflection by LB Rob Ninkovich) and his team was forced to punt.

Romo whiffed big time on a pass to Dez Bryant. So while credit should be given to the Patriots secondary, they’re getting some help from some porous play.

12:07 2nd quarter: Patriots 6, Cowboys 3 — Stephen Gostkowski kicked a 26-yard field goal to extend the Patriots’ lead after an 11-play, 72-yard drive.
