Patriots-49ers Friday injury report: Gronkowski, 18 others questionable

The Patriots have released their final injury report of the week, with 19 players listed as questionable for Sunday night’s game with San Francisco.

TE Rob Gronkowski (left forearm/hip) is one of the 19 after practicing for the first time since undergoing surgery for his broken arm on Nov. 19. However, he is not expected to play this week.

Niners WR Mario Manningham (shoulder) is listed as doubtful.
