FOXBOROUGH – LT Nate Solder (concussion) surprisingly returned to practice on Thursday, just four days after suffering his second concussion in as many games.
Solder left the Patriots’ game in Miami in the second half. He also was concussed a week earlier against Cleveland. Solder missed practice on Wednesday, but he was on the field for the media-access window Thursday.
WR Josh Boyce (ankle) was the only player not present Thursday.
Practice was once again held on the field inside Gillette Stadium, with players in shells and sweats.
