Patriots rule Josh Boyce out; Devin McCourty doubtful

FOXBOROUGH — Even though he missed all three practices this week after suffering a concussion in last Sunday’s win over Baltimore, safety Devin McCourty has not been ruled out of the regular-season finale against Buffalo.

McCourty was designated by the Patriots as “doubtful” for Sunday’s game at Gillette Stadium. The only player ruled out was receiver Josh Boyce, who also hasn’t practiced all week because of an ankle injury.

Defensive end Rob Ninkovich (ankle) was one of 11 players listed as questionable.
