Report: Patriots Release Jake Bequette, Steve Beauharnais, Steve Maneri

The Patriots have released defensive lineman Jake Bequette, linebacker Steve Beauharnais, and tight end Steve Maneri, according to the Boston Globe’s Shalise Manza Young.

Bequette is a 2012 third round draft pick. He’s played in eight total games over the last two seasons while being inactive for 23 games.

Beauharnais, a second-year pro out of Rutgers, was the Patriots seventh round draft choice in 2013. He played in two regular season games last year and was inactive for 12 games.

Maneri is a converted offensive lineman that was filling the role of blocking tight end for the Patriots.
