* The Patriots entered the game having been outscored 44-17 in the second quarter. With Denver scoring 21 in the quarter, it’s now 65-17 on the year.

* Dan Klecko was credited with a half sack in the second quarter, his first sack of the season.

* The Patriots scored first for the fourth time in their six games this season.

* The 70-yard run by Denver’s Tatum Bell was the longest allowed by the Patriots this season. The previous long was 19 yards, by Oakland’s Zack Crockett.
