Deflategate is back.
NFL and NFLPA lawyers will meet Thursday in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit as the league appeals an earlier ruling that lifted Patriots quarterback Tom Brady’s four-game suspension. Brady was accused of intentionally deflating footballs in the AFC Championship Game on Jan. 18, 2015. After an extensive investiation, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell suspended Brady for four games for the offense, and a legal battle ensued.
