Drew Bledsoe is actually a really good skier

Take some notes, Tom Brady.

Drew Bledsoe isn’t taking it easy in his retirement. And while he admits that nothing will ever quite compare to the thrill of playing in the NFL, his chosen ski terrain still gets the adrenaline going.

Now 45, Bledsoe has been retired from football for more than a decade. On top of his wine business, Doubleback, and coaching high school football, the one time first overall pick in the NFL draft occupies his time with outdoor activities.

Golf and biking are on his list, but Bledsoe truly seems to love skiing. In a video posted by Oregon ski area Mt. Bachelor, Bledsoe recently described his passion for hitting the slopes. His talent is obvious:

Why I Love Mt. Bachelor | Drew Bledsoe

“Well, if you go look in my truck I’ve got my skis, my golf clubs, and my bike, … and I might use them all in the same day.” – Drew Bledsoe, Former NFL quarterback and local Bend resident. Watch Drew shred the mountain and share some of his story in the latest ‘Why I Love Mt. Bachelor’ episode.

Bledsoe might be the best skier in the history of top-10 NFL draft picks. The former Patriots quarterback appears to have adapted pretty well to life after football.

Maybe he can give Tom Brady some lessons?
