Patriots sign Brian Schwenke to a one-year contract extension

Schwenke was signed by the Patriots last September after five seasons with the Tennessee Titans.

The Patriots have signed offensive lineman Brian Schwenke to a one-year contract extension for the 2019 season. Via NFLPA records, the deal could reach $895,000 with incentives, with a base salary of $805,000, $30,000 for offseason workouts, and $60,000 in per-game roster bonus ($3,750 per game that he is on the active roster). The cap number is $686,250 due to the minimum salary benefit.

Schwenke was signed by the Patriots last September after five seasons with the Tennessee Titans. He appeared in three games before being placed on injured reserve on Nov. 6.
