Tom Brady made a golf joke at Peyton Manning’s expense
"He’s had much more practice these past few years."

The rivalry between Tom Brady and Peyton Manning may have eased over time, but that doesn’t mean Brady isn’t still willing to occasionally take a joking shot at his former competitor.
During a round at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am, Manning hit an impressive approach shot close to the pin.
Responding to a quote tweet that declared, “Brady would have sunk this,” the 42-year-old quarterback had a humorous reply.
“Not true,” wrote Brady. “Peyton is the better golfer right now. He’s had much more practice these past few years.”

Manning, 43, retired following the 2015 season, which culminated with the Broncos winning Super Bowl 50.
Brady has given no indication that he intends to retire yet from the NFL, and he could become an unrestricted free agent in March.
After years of competing against Manning, Brady has settled into a new rhythm of jokes with his longtime rival. The two even filmed an ESPN+ special together in 2019 as part of Manning’s show, “Peyton’s Places.” In the episode, which aired earlier in 2020, Brady and Manning hit golf balls together at the home of announcer Jim Nantz.
