About her: Jackie Hernandez will be looking for a spot on her first Winter Olympics team. The 20-year-old from Londonderry, Vt., attended the Stratton Mountain School and has been on the US national team for one year. In that first year, she won six out of eight Nor-Am Cup events she entered, including one at Killington, Vt., one at Copper Mountain, Colo., and four in Canada. Hernandez also won a 2012 FIS World Cup championship, having made 10 World Cup starts since 2010. She finished seventh at the 2012 FIS Junior World Championships in Sierra Nevada, Spain.
