High school girls’ hockey players of the week in Eastern Massachusetts

Marissa Fichter, Duxbury — Helping to battle back from a 2-0 deficit, the junior forward potted the equalizer with 3:43 left in regulation to tie Beverly/Danvers, 2-2.

Dominique DelVecchio, Stoneham — The sophomore forward netted a hat trick to seal the Spartans’ first win of the season with a 5-0 shutout over Matignon.

Ashley Castriotta, Framingham — The goaltender made 32 saves in the Flyers’ 3-1 win over Natick in the Bay State Conference matchup.

Brittani Lanzilli, Medford — The senior center notched two hat tricks against St. Joseph’s Prep and Masconomet/Hamilton-Wenham en route to her 300th career point.

Haley Payne, Braintree — The junior scored five of the Wamps’ seven goals with an assist in a 7-2 win home win over Walpole.

Emily Loprete, Watertown/Belmont — The sophomore center netted all of her team’s goals in a 4-2 win over Lexington.
