The Trustees will host dozens of outdoor concerts this summer at venues across the state. At stunning locations like Castle Hill in Ipswich or Naumkeag in Stockbridge, guests can enjoy performances in a range of styles— from folk to Afropop to jazz. Some shows will have food trucks, and others encourage packed picnics.
Castle Hill’s picnic concerts return this summer with a different live performance every Thursday from July 7 to Sept. 1 on the Grand Allee overlooking Crane Beach. Weir River Farm in Hingham and the Stevens-Coolidge House in North Andover also have picnic-style shows with food trucks and local brews.
Fruitlands in Harvard will once again host Summer Concerts with the Concord Band, a group of local musicians who have been performing since 1959. The venue will also have a lineup of other performers throughout August, September, and October, like Livingston Taylor and Della Mae.
The Trustees will also host a summer concert series at the Bradley Estate in Canton, deCordova Sculpture Museum in Lincoln, and, for the first time this summer, Long Hill in Beverly.
The full schedule of events for the season is below, and tickets are available on the Trustees website.
