Every weekday this summer, the Rose Kennedy Greenway Conservancy hosts free fitness classes at various locations along the Greenway. There are also some Saturday and Sunday classes, and fitness options include yoga, HIIT, Zumba, bodyweight circuit, and labyrinth walking, presented by fitness studios throughout the city.

Classes are put on by organizations like Healthworks, B/Spoke Studios, and Parkour Generations Boston. Schedule highlights include HIIT classes by Healthworks on Mondays, intro to parkour classes on Tuesdays, TRAIN X by B/Spoke on Wednesdays, and gentle and Vinyasa yoga on Thursdays. There are even labyrinth walking classes some Wednesdays at Armenian Heritage Park.

The Greenway also hosts a lineup of one-time fitness events, like a pop-up parkour playground on Aug. 27 with Parkour Generations, and an all-levels yoga class on Aug. 6. For the full lineup of recurring and one-time events, check out the schedule online. This season of Greenway fitness classes is sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield, and all classes are free and open to the public.
