It’s hard to believe that the Sam Adams Boston taproom has only been open for two years. In some ways, the glass-heavy structure at Faneuil Hall feels like it has always been a part of the downtown scene — then again, it has been a long two years. In any case, the taproom is celebrating its anniversary this winter with three special pours: a Paloma Cocktail brew, a house blend featuring cold brew coffee beans, and a re-release of 2021’s popular “Old Man Yells at Cloudy IPA.” Not to be outdone, the taproom’s kitchen will be whipping up some special treats — pizza tots, tatchos, and tot poutine — all weekend long. Beer and tater tots are definitely the emotional support foods we all need right now.
